We will explore a balanced variety of standing, seated, supine and restorative poses to remove stiffness and build strength and stamina in the shoulders, core and in balancing poses.
The Yoga Triple Threat Treat Workshop will support you in and enhance your weekly yoga classes and your personal yoga practice.
Workshop size is limited to a a maximum of 15 students so you will receive plenty of personal attention in a small and friendly workshop environment. Taught by Bonnie Walker, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
