Cascade Yoga in Bend, Oregon offers a variety of workshops monthly that are designed to support and enhance your regular weekly yoga classes and your personal practice. From “Recharge with Standing Poses” to “Relax & Restore” and Solstice Celebrations, we have a yoga workshop with you in mind!
Workshop size is limited to a a maximum of 12 – 15 students depending on the type of workshop, so you will receive plenty of personal attention in a small and friendly workshop environment. Taught by Bonnie Walker, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. New students are always welcome!
Summer Solstice / International Yoga Day

Celebrate the summer solstice and International Yoga Day with Cascade Yoga and the Iyengar Yoga summer solstice yoga sequence! This will be a challenging, standing pose sequence with relaxation at the end. Modifications and substitutions will be provided for beginners.

This 3 hour restorative yoga workshop will include supported standing poses, seated poses, classic supine restorative poses, supported savasana and guided breathing.
